Q1.can I have a sample ?

A1：yes ,wellcome to order a sample ,we support you from an order and when you place an normal order we will also return back you the sample cost ,please tell me where ship sample to ?

Q2.What is the minimum order quantity? 

A2：our moq for stock usually are from 100 pieces ,and moq for oem are usually from 500 pieces ,and different products have different moq ,please send me your choosed item picture and your request ,let me check for you and reply you 

Q3.Can you do OEM/ODM?

A3：yes,we are professional factory ,can do oem ,and ODM ,and if good design ,we could mutual bear developing fee

Q4.safety certificate?

A4：Hello, the product has passed the CE (EU) and CPSC (US) certifications, along with the test report. We can provide a PDF version (please leave your email address).

Q5.Who will bear the freight?

A5:The freight is borne by you. Do you have your own freight forwarder? Or I'll check the shipping fee for you
